Team Officials Meetings 2012/13
Meetings for Rep Team Officials are held monthly between October and May. These meetings are used to provide information on deadlines, processes, league updates, and club information required to run a successful team. As such, attendance at these meetings is mandatory - at least one team official must be present.

One aspect of a coach's responsibilities is to be aware of / understand the information listed above and govern their teams appropriately. The day of meeting was moved to reduce conflict with the rep development program and peak practice times. Teams now book their own practice schedule and last year's issue of conflicts between the meeting and a practice should be eliminated. The coach that schedules a practice against the meeting is obligated to designate an assistant to conduct the practice and attend. If extreme circumstances prevent the coach from attending, a delegated member of the carded team staff (assistant coach / manager) must attend.
