Coaching Rep in Waterloo

The Community Coach Certificate
It is important that all coaches understand player development needs at all ages. The OSA offers courses designed with various stages (ages) of development in mind. These courses are in addition to the clinics that WMSC offers prior to the start of the House League season. All three levels are required to coach at the Rep level.

  1. Children's Course - coaches working with children 6-10 years
  2. Youth Course - coaches working with youth players 10-14 years (must have completed the Children's Course)
  3. Senior Course -  coaches working with senior and/or competitive players 14+ years (must have completed the Children's and Youth courses).
