Online Registration for Outdoor 2013 runs from January 10th through Febuary 22nd
Soccer Registration - Feb. 6th and 7th RIM Park ROOM 207/208 Pre-printed registration forms will be mailed to existing WMSC members in mid-January. These forms can be used to register in person at RIM Park (Room 207/208) on Feb. 6th and 7th from 10am-8pm.
- Review/change any necessary information.
- Blank forms for new players (siblings) will be available.
- Sign the registration form both FRONT & BACK.
Registrations returned by mail must be postmarked by March 1st. Registrations received after March 1st will be placed onto a waiting list and a $10 late fee applies.
You may also drop off your completed (signed front and back) registration forms with your cheque in our mailbox at RIM Park.
Payment options at RIM: Cash, Cheque, Debit and Credit Card. A 3% processing fee will apply to all credit card transaction.
Space is limited. Spots will be filled on a first come, first-served basis.
A $20 administration fee will apply to all refunds and any programming changes.
PROOF OF AGE MUST BE SHOWN FOR ALL NEW REGISTRATIONS
Fee Assistance Leisure Access Program is a program of financial support for residents with low income living in Waterloo, that helps individuals participate in City of Waterloo recreational and affiliated minor sport and arts programs. The assistance is given in the form of a credit to eligible individuals. The amount of subsidy is based on total family income. Visit the City of Waterloo website for more details.
